These Terms govern your use of LedgeIt, provided by Techficient Solutions Ltd. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

Subscriptions

Access is provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Prices are shown in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated. You may cancel at any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your data

You retain ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a licence to store and process it to deliver the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use LedgeIt to store illegal content or to circumvent tax law. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

Availability

We aim for high availability but provide the service on an "as available" basis without warranty. Current health is shown at /status.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
