Managing your team

Invite employees, assign roles and manage seat usage on the Business plan.

The Business plan lets you add up to 3 employees (4 memberships in total, including yourself). Manage them from Team.

Roles

  • Business owner — full access, can invite/remove members, approve submissions and change billing.
  • Accountant — full read/write plus approvals. Cannot change billing or remove the owner.
  • Employee — logs their own receipts, expenses and mileage. Cannot see other people's items or approve.

Inviting someone

  1. Open Team → Invite member.
  2. Enter their name, email and role.
  3. They get an invitation email with a link valid for 14 days.
  4. When they accept and create their account, their seat is used immediately.

Removing someone

Tap the member row and choose Remove. Their submissions stay on the business record; only their access is revoked. Their seat frees up straight away.

Seat limits and upgrades

If you hit the 4-membership cap, LedgeIt shows a friendly error at invite time. Upgrade from Billing if you need more.
