Sharing access with your accountant

Open Settings → Sharing to manage everyone outside your business who can see your data.

Inviting your accountant

1. Tap Invite accountant, enter their email, pick a role (usually Accountant).
2. They receive an invitation email valid for 14 days.
3. When they accept, they appear in the list — you'll get a notification.

What they see and don't see

• They can see everything you've marked Business.
• They cannot see personal transactions, your login, or your payment card.

Revoke access at any time with the Revoke button next to their name — it takes effect immediately.
